Is the shampoo really 100% natural?
Yes we only use 100% naturally sourced ingredients, the only added ingredients are the amino acids and preservatives which are naturally derived
How long for results?
It depends on the severity and condition of your hair but we normally state you will see visible results within three months. Some people notice slight changes within few weeks as the hair starts to feel thicker and stronger, while others may wait longer to notice changes. However we do offer a 90 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied within three months.
How often should I use the shampoo?
We recommend to use it daily for best results but feel free to use only on your hair wash days. If you do use the shampoo less frequently, just remember to try let the shampoo soak as long as possible before rinsing off.
Will this effect my hair?
The product is completely natural so will work with your natural hair growth cycles rather than forcing growth like your usual chemically based shampoos or products such as minoxidil and finasteride. However if you are not suffering from any hair loss signs or not wanting increased growth and hair thickness, we recommend not to use the shampoo
What is the shelf life of the product?
The shelf life of our products is 12 months from date of purchase.
Why does your product contain Phenoxyethanol?
In order to protect and preserve the plant extracts from mold and bacterial growth, we have to include preservatives. However the preservative used has been naturally derived from nature so this can be classed as a natural ingredient.
